Services
Texan Publishers provides ghostwriting, editing, book cover design, formatting, publishing, printing, and marketing services for authors. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each individual project contract.
Payment & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Project fees are due according to the schedule outlined in your contract. Work commences only after the initial deposit has been received.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, clients retain all rights, copyright, and royalties to their completed work. Texan Publishers does not claim ownership of client manuscripts, content, or published books.
Limitation of Liability
Texan Publishers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
